Why grading
Your game becomes a graded collectible
Send us your game or console. You get the same item back — authenticated, graded and permanently sealed.
Authenticity verified
We check that the game, the packaging and the seal are original and belong together. On sealed games that is the difference between a find and an expensive mistake.
A condition you can prove
Two people grade box, seal and contents independently, on a fixed scale from 10 to 100. "Looks good" becomes a number every collector can place.
Protected for good
Your item is sealed in an acrylic case from our own production. No dust, no abrasion, no yellowing from handling — and still visible from every side.
Every case carries a label with title, region, grade and a serial number that anyone can look up in our serial number search.

Whether Super Nintendo, PlayStation 1, Sega Mega Drive or Xbox Series — we evaluate games for over 25 systems. Handhelds like Game Boy, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP and Sega Game Gear are included.
The condition does not determine whether we accept your game — only how we classify it:
SEALED — factory sealed
NIB (New in Box) — new and unplayed, but no longer sealed
CIB (Complete in Box) — used and complete, with box, cartridge/CD and manual

In 5 steps
How the process works
From the order to the sealed collectible – transparent and easy to follow.

Order
First book the formats you would like graded. Once your order is complete and paid, you receive the address of our shipping office by e‑mail.
Pack your games carefully and shock-proof, and ideally enclose the printed order. Alternatively, write your order number clearly on the inside of the box flap.
If the customer and the sender are not the same person, please leave a note in the comment field of the order.

Arrival
As soon as your shipment reaches us, we check it for completeness and for any unusual damage. If we notice discrepancies, we contact you straight away.
You then receive a confirmation of receipt by e‑mail, including the expected completion date.

Grading
Your submission enters our processing queue according to its target date. The grading process consists of Pre-Grading, Grading and Casing.
During Pre-Grading your item is photo-documented, the label data is created, authenticity is checked and the condition is assessed.
In the subsequent Grading, authenticity is checked again and the condition is assessed independently by a second member of staff – this is how we ensure our proven four-eyes principle.
Finally, in Casing, your item is professionally sealed in our acrylic case.

Quality control
Once Casing is complete, your graded game goes through a final quality control. We carefully check the item against various quality criteria and for possible defects.

Shipping
After a successful quality control, we pack your graded item carefully and securely for transport and send it with DHL.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we inform you by e‑mail and send you a tracking number.
